I began my real estate career in 1978 in South Florida’s competitive market, gaining early experience in fast-paced, high-demand environments. In 1981, I moved to DeLand and continued helping clients buy and sell residential, waterfront, acreage, and commercial properties throughout Volusia County’s dynamic communities.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life—from first-time homebuyers and newlyweds to retirees and those seeking luxury waterfront estates. These relationships are the most rewarding part of what I do.

DeLand has also offered me the chance to be actively involved in a variety of philanthropic, social, and community organizations. I believe deeply in giving back to the town that has given so much to my family and me.

I’m married to a retired educator and proud to have two wonderful grown children, both raising families of their own. I take great pride in offering both personal and professional service, with a proactive, results-driven approach tailored to each client. I remain committed to staying current with market trends to provide knowledgeable guidance in an ever-changing real estate landscape.
